Welcome to KornDog Records (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting, browsing, or buying from korndogrecords.com, you agree to the following terms. Keep it simple: if you shop here, these are the rules of the game.

1. Products & Listings

We sell vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, DVDs/Blu-rays, Funko pops, and other collectibles.

All items are described and graded as accurately as possible (NM, VG+, Sealed, etc.).

Photos are included so you know exactly what you’re getting.

2. Pricing & Availability

Prices and inventory can change at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product was listed with a major error (pricing, description, or stock).

3. Payment & Security

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

We don’t store your payment details.

4. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery options are handled by Shopify’s system at checkout.

Once a package leaves our hands, delays or damages caused by carriers are out of our control — but reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there was a major misrepresentation in the listing.

If we messed up the grading or description, we’ll make it right.

6. Buyer Responsibility

Double-check photos, descriptions, and grading before purchasing.

Playback quality depends on your setup — we can’t guarantee how a record will sound on your turntable.

7. Intellectual Property

The KornDog Records logo, designs, and content are our property. Don’t rip our stuff without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for misuse of products or damages outside of our control (shipping carriers, equipment issues, etc.).

Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky, USA.

Any disputes will be handled in Kentucky courts.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed.
